1976 All-Star Game
The 1976 All Star Game was the 47th midseason exhibition between the all-stars of the American
League and the National League. The game was played on July 13th, 1976 at the Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia, Pa. home
of the Philadelphia Phillies of the National League. The game resulted in a 7-1 victory for the NL.
The National League continued its dominance in the All-Star Game with its 13th win in the last 14 contests.
George Foster and Cesar Cedeno each hit two-run shots.
The MVP of the all-star game was George Foster Of the Cincinnati Reds.
