1947 All-Star Game
The 1947 Major League Baseball All-Star Game was the 14th playing of the midsummer classic between the all-stars of the
American League and National League. The game was held on July 8, 1947, at Wrigley Field in Chicago, Illinois the

The National League held a 1-0 lead through five innings, courtesy of a home run by New York Giant
